RECAP: HOOTENANNY!
By Coach Adrianna
This year was Super Shark’s second year co-hosting the Hootenanny swim meet with the North Vancouver Cruisers. The Hootenanny swim meet is the Region’s first swim meet with finals and those who are top 3 in their final event race, earn their respective medals.
We would like to applaud the swimmer’s who earned Best Times in their races showing their improvement! Self-improvement is the essence of any sport and we would like to acknowledge that. To the swimmers cheering for your peers on the stands, we appreciate your sportsmanship. The sense of sportsmanship builds integrity within a swimmer, but also creates a strong bond and supportive environment within the team.
